Stratus EMR was in a strange place when they reached out to Gravity Switch: they were the only players in their space offering a unique product that solved a problem many folks had. Regardless, they were struggling to get noticed.
Once Gravity Switch and the client developed a business plan and strategy, I was brought in to design a series of non-sales oriented, informational mailers that would be sent to all of Stratus EMR's leads for the three months leading up to a major industry convention they attended every year. Each card would highlight a feature of their product that their sales leads may not know about. On the month of the convention, we sent a card inviting all of those leads to stop by the Stratus EMR booth at the convention and see a live demo of the product. Each card had a corresponding landing page the sales leads could go check out. Speaking of the conference, I also designed branded booth signage and a handout specifically for the event that tied back to an activity on the website.
The Result?
By the end of the convention, Stratus EMR saw a 58% increase in site visits—many of which converted to sales.
